Fire Prevention

The Fire Prevention Division partners with residents and businesses to build a safer community. The division handles areas including plan review, inspections, code enforcement, open burn permits, hazardous materials and fire investigation. Additionally, its fire and life safety education department oversees community outreach to educate residents, young and old, on how to prevent fires and injuries.
