2020 Board Election
North Metro Fire is holding an election on May 5, 2020, to fill three board of director positions. Board members will begin serving a three-year term following the May election. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, some adjustments may be implemented in order to protect the health of those participating in the election and ensure a fair election process. Apply for an Absentee Ballot
For those wishing to vote by absentee ballot, an application may be downloaded and must be submitted via mail, email or fax no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28. The District’s Headquarters is closed temporarily due to Coronavirus, so residents will not have the ability to drop off applications in person at this time.

North Metro Fire will begin mailing absentee ballots to applicants on April 6 or within 72 hours of receipt of the application. Absentee ballot voters must have their ballots in to North Metro Fire’s Headquarters by 7 p.m. on May 5.
For the convenience of the eligible electors, there will be three polling locations:

Election results will be finalized on May 14 (UOCAVA ballot deadline is May 13).
