PLEASE NOTE: Due to Coronavirus, North Metro Fire has temporarily suspended any fire station or engine tours to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
Are you considering a job in the fire service? Do you wonder what firefighters do when they aren't fighting fires? Perhaps you want to learn more about the emergency medical services we provide in the field. If so, you should consider signing up for our Ride-Along Program.
The Ride-Along Program allows citizens to learn about the many aspects of the fire service and what the day-to-day life is like for a firefighter. You can request to ride on the fire engine or with our medic unit for the day.
Once you submit your request, we will let you know what date is available and provide you with additional instructions to complete the process. Ride-alongs are not available on holidays and must conclude no later than 4 p.m.
If you want to learn more about our Ride-Along Program, please call or email our Fire and Life Safety Education Officer Pam Kutchen.
