You do NOT need to create a profile in order to submit your application. If you do want to set up a profile in order to review your submitted application, you must create your profile BEFORE filling out the application and submitting it.
Please note that plans and other documents submitted to North Metro Fire for review are part of the public record and are available to the public. Submissions to the District also may be forwarded to other governmental entities, including, but not limited to, cities and counties.
If your project is located in unincorporated Adams County, you must also submit a completed Adams County Impact Fee form. Impact fees may apply, and will be determined by the fire district. The Adams County Impact fee form can be downloaded here.
